Robin Forsyth, MA, RP (formerly Robin Pucci)

Robin has worked with clients in different capacities since 2011. Using her calm and gentle nature, she has built a practice based on professionalism, trust, openness and authenticity, where clients can feel safe and accepted without judgement. She is dedicated to her clients and passionate about helping anyone in need of mental health care.
Robin has earned an honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, as well as a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
When Robin is not working she finds balance and satisfaction in her life through close relationships, riding her horse, walking her dog, gardening, cooking, reading good books, and her love for travel and experiencing new cultures.

Elizabeth Sulima, MSW, RSW
REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER
Elizabeth is a therapist who is rooted in her belief that all people are deeply connected and that each individual holds core strengths within them. She naturally takes an empathetic and strengths-based approach to her therapeutic relationships and strives to maintain a safe space for each client.
After completing her degree in Psychology: Brain and Cognition at the University of Guelph, Elizabeth completed her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Toronto. She has had the pleasure of working in different capacities with a wide array of clients since 2012. Having worked with children, high-risk youth, and adults across a variety of settings has provided Elizabeth with the understanding of the importance of client centered care.
Elizabeth uses evidence based techniques such as mindfulness, DBT, SFBT, attachment, and relational based therapies with a flexible approach that meets the needs of each client as an individual. She is honoured to collaborate with her clients in their personal journeys of growth and healing, and believes that they have the tools within them.
Elizabeth is passionate about nature and the outdoors. She loves to balance her time by walking her dog, connecting with nature and her spirituality, and spending time with loved ones.

Brenda Brough, RSSW, ADS
REGISTERED SOCIAL SERVICE WORKER
Brenda is a counsellor with personal experience in many of her speciality areas. Coming from a place of compassion, she understands the difficulties in reaching out for the initial steps of changing your life.
Brenda's beliefs, both spiritual and cognitive, allow her to deal with many diverse and unique needs. Brenda graduated with honours from both George Brown College (Assaulted Women’s & Children’s Counsellor Advocate program) and Georgian College (Addiction: Treatment & Prevention program). Brenda’s purpose is to walk alongside her clients while she provides the support and tools needed for them to empower themselves, to achieve health and happiness.
Brenda is a trained Reiki Master, she has also completed training in TIR (Traumatic Incident Reduction). Her intuitive abilities, coupled with her empathetic personality, are part of what makes Brenda's unique approach with her clients on their journey of healing. Her areas of practice include: CBT, Mindfulness Practices, Positive Affirmations, Motivational Interviewing, SFBT, TIR, Trauma Focused, Narrative, etc.
Brenda enjoys reading, self-development, and continued education in her downtime. Along with her love for nature, growing spiritually, being creative, and enjoying her family and dog.

Tess Martin, HBCD, RSW
REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER
Tess is a spirited individual who takes a compassionate, client-centered approach. With sessions led by and for the client, goals can collaboratively be built and cognitive cycles can be restructured. In order for change to occur, one only has to be willing and accepting of it and Tess hopes that she has the opportunity to be a part of this journey with you. In the pursuit to help children and youth, Tess obtained her bachelors in Child Development and worked as a registered Early Childhood Educator. She then got a certificate in Youth Mental Health and graduated with a degree in Social Work at Lakehead, completing her educational journey (for now). Tess has worked in a variety of settings, most currently as a Mental Health and Addictions Counsellor serving Simcoe County. She has had the opportunity to facilitate multiple groups such as: Living Life to the Full, Wellness Groups, Wellness Recovery Action Planning and many more. Tess has worked with all types of demographics including children, youth, women and families.
Within Tess’ practice you will find CBT/DBT and Mindfulness techniques and Solution-Focused Approaches. Tess incorporates these practices within her daily life and teaches the importance of structure; what good days vs bad days are and how a little self-care and vulnerability can go a long way.

Emily LeMoine, MA
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (QUALIFYING)
Emily is a dedicated therapist who adopts a strength-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in self-compassion and self-discovery. She is deeply attuned to the societal systems influencing her clients' experiences, leading her to employ an intersectional feminist perspective in her practice. Emily collaborates with clients to heighten their awareness of unique behaviors, responding to each with compassion and tenderness.
Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, where mentors recognized her gentle and inviting personality, inspiring her pursuit of psychotherapy. She furthered her education with a Masters of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, graduating with distinction in December 2023. During her studies, Emily worked as a Psychometrist and Behavioral Therapist, focusing on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Throughout her training, Emily has accumulated valuable experience with diverse populations, including at-risk youth and children with complex needs such as Marfan Syndrome and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Her internship exposed her to family counseling dynamics, emphasizing the crucial role of the family system in clients' lives.
Post-graduation, Emily has found herself working with women’s issues such as motherhood, parenting, pre and post-menopausal health changes, infertility, marital satisfaction, and relationship building. Her therapeutic approach integrates compassionate inquiry and Internal Family Systems (IFS), emphasizing the narrative and somatic aspects of healing. She also draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques, tailored to each client's unique needs. Emily incorporates her training from the Gottman Institute and techniques from Imago Therapy in her approach to counselling couples and families.
Beyond her practice, Emily pursues diverse interests including painting, poetry, and screenplay writing. She maintains a passion for weight lifting, football, and marathon training. Emily holds a deep affection for cats, plants, vintage clothing, and all things coffee.

Deborah Walsh, RP

Trained in a variety of modalities, therapy is approached through a trauma informed, spiritually integrated relational therapeutic lens.
Debbie journeys with individuals, couples and families who have experienced loss, trauma, grief, addiction as well as those who seek meaning and purpose in their difficult times. Offering a compassionate and listening heart the therapeutic relationship is a place of safety, hope and healing.
With 30 years of experience in health care, 12 years serving in Pastoral Ministry and experience with Hospice Care Debbie offers a broad understanding to clients. Debbie is an active member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists and has extensive experience in developing and facilitating retreats focused on spirituality and 12- Steps.
